After the Calling

I know! I know, I’m just impossible.  I pretty much wasn’t ever planning on posting until my Freetime worked, I just couldn’t admit it.  But it works! I just can’t use lots that are bigger than 3X3 or I can pretty much expect a crash. 

And you wanna know the best thing. I only used ONE freetime animation in this reshoot.  I spent 3 days fighting for ONE shot, because every other animation that I thought I wanted to use just didn’t work even a little bit. All this hoopla for one picture. 

But half of these shots are Bon Voyage, half are Freetime.  There is a smidge of discontinuity in photo quality.

Warnings: Some nudity, but not real nudity, like, a bit of buttcheek. But it’s Hadrian’s buttcheek, so… Some mild cursing.

So I was totally fed up and about to unistall FreeTime and reinstall everything else and just submit to my computer’s stupidity, but then one of my cats sat on the power button of my surge protector and turned off… just… everything… losing unsaved progress on about 4 separate programs… throwing me into a pit of frustration and other indescribably uncomfortable emotions. Then, after sitting and staring at the blank screen for about a year, I decided that I just don’t want to do it. I don’t want to uninstall Freetime, I just want it to work, and I want to use the animations for the next part, and for the rest of the chapter. And I want my boyfriend to stop telling me what’s wrong and what to do over the phone and just come here and fix it.

But if he doesn’t come and fix it by a less obscene hour of the morning (it’s almost 3 am at my present location), I’m just going to update with my Bon Voyage version of Part III late afternoon/early eveningish.

And, thanks to the lovely Mao, the blog-picture-eating problem is solved. At least for the upcoming additions. Thanks Mao!

So I wanted to reshoot a few parts using some animations from Freetime, and after downloading the expansion, my game started crashing up a storm. I’ve removed every single hack I was using. All 3 of them. I’m still trying to salvage it, but if I can’t debug it, I’m just going to resign myself to Bon Voyage.  Either way, there should be an update by this coming Tuesday.

Also, my site is, once again, eating itself.  It’s got something to do with the pictures.  I have the most unique names for each image, but they seem to be replacing each other again.  I haven’t looked through everything, but if anyone sees a repeated image, or a shot that is clearly from a different chapter, please give me a heads up.  Thanks!

Hi all! I know its terribly annoying that I don’t have an update day and I’m just kind of randomly posting, but at this point I really can’t rely on my schedule. To be honest, I can never really rely on my schedule. I have a somewhat off-kilter job and I can never be super positive where I’m going to be at any given point.  Besides, before, when I actually had a schedule, I never followed it, or updated even remotely on time, so if you can just bear with me…

Random: This is my first presidential election where I’m old enough to vote (I’m 21! eek!) and I’ve never felt cooler in my life.
